Sushi-Time is a small local chain of sushi bars in Kyiv and Lviv that has been running for the past 3 years. After experiencing multiple problems with the outsource delivery they decided to expand and establish their own delivery service.
To accomplish this, they require a tool that allows users to place orders online, process payments, and obtain delivery information.

The main research findings
After a thorough research it was discovered that we needed An easy and quick-to-order tool, where clients stay informed about their orders.
Client feedback revealed that sushi is typically ordered either as a quick dinner option or for festive gatherings with family and friends.
Most clients prefer ordering on demand rather than pre-scheduling deliveries, making it essential to clearly communicate any delivery delays or issues.
Key pain points clients had with similar services included limited communication options with couriers, difficulty finding order and delivery details, and unclear delivery timing, which prevents effective planning for gatherings.
In response, I prioritized designing a straightforward platform to clearly communicate delivery terms and keep clients continuously updated on their order status.
